How long will it take for my gift to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For personalized or custom items, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing before shipment.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will find a 'Gift Message' box where you can write a custom note that we will print on a premium card and include in the package.
What is your return policy for gift items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes, we offer signature gift wrapping for a small additional fee. You can select your preferred wrapping style on the product page or during the checkout phase.
Will the recipient see the price of the items?
No, we do not include invoices with prices in any of our shipments. All orders are sent with a 'packing slip' that lists the items included but hides all financial details.
